- Unlike many Vermont inns, we do not apply a service charge to your
room rate
- All rates are per room and are based on double occupancy
- Your deposit guarantees that your room will be here for you on arrival
and is applied to the last day of your scheduled visit. If you cancel
14 days or more in advance of your arrival date, we will refund your
deposit less a handling/cancellation fee of $25.00. If you cancel
with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
- An 18% gratuity will be added to your MAP upcharge and to any additional
food and beverage purchases
- Rates do not include tax (9% rooms & meals)
